We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay for our services, your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to their Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

4.3 Scheduling Services

We use a third-party scheduling tool to manage consultation bookings. When you book a consultation, your name and email address are shared with this provider to facilitate scheduling and send confirmation and reminder emails.

4.4 Invoicing and Accounting Services

We use third-party invoicing and accounting software to manage our business finances. Your name, email address, and transaction information are stored in this system for invoicing purposes.

4.5 Document Execution Services

We use a third-party electronic signature platform to send and execute our client service agreements. Your name, email address, and signed agreement are stored in this system.

After twelve (12) months, your Records Ledger will be permanently deleted. You will receive written notice thirty (30) days prior to deletion. You may request immediate deletion at any time in writing.

  • Payment and transaction records: retained for seven years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.

  • Communications: retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period thereafter.

  • Website analytics data: retained according to the data retention settings of our analytics providers.
