About Tutela Domus
Why Tutela Domus Exists
There is an old Latin phrase that captures exactly what this work is about: Tutela Domus — the protection of the home and family.
It reflects a simple belief: the people and things that matter most deserve to be organized, protected, and cared for with intention.
Yet most families are one unexpected event away from administrative chaos.
Important documents are scattered across filing cabinets, email accounts, cloud storage, and online portals. Insurance policies, financial accounts, passwords, subscriptions, and estate documents are often incomplete, outdated, or difficult to locate. Over time, life becomes increasingly complex, and keeping everything organized can feel overwhelming.
The problem is not a lack of responsibility. It is a lack of structure.
As an attorney with a background in legal operations, business administration, and process improvement, I spent my career building systems designed to bring order to complex environments. I saw firsthand how even well-run organizations struggle when information is incomplete, inaccessible, or poorly maintained.
Over time, I realized families face many of the same challenges.
Most people have never been shown how to create a comprehensive system for managing the information that keeps life running. They know they should get organized, but they do not know where to begin, how to identify gaps, or how to maintain the system as life changes.
That realization led to the creation of Tutela Domus.
A Different Approach
Tutela Domus is a concierge-style personal life infrastructure service that helps individuals and families organize, maintain, and oversee the critical information behind everyday life.
We go beyond document collection and simple checklists. Through a structured review process, we help identify missing information, organize essential records, create continuity plans, and establish systems that remain useful over time.
Because organization is not a one-time project. A system only works if it stays current.
That is why Tutela Domus also provides ongoing support, reminders, updates, and continuity services designed to keep your information organized as life evolves.
The Goal
When our work is done, you and the people you trust will know where important information is located, how to access it, and what to do with it when needed.
No frantic searches during a medical emergency. No guessing which accounts exist. No wondering whether critical documents are missing. Just clarity, organization, and confidence that the people you care about will have the information they need when it matters most.
That is the purpose of Tutela Domus.
Not organization for its own sake. Organization in service of the people you love.
Meet Lilia Panteleeva
As an attorney and business operations executive, I spent years building and improving systems designed to bring order to complex information, workflows, and decision-making environments. Over time, I noticed a familiar problem outside of professional settings—families struggling with fragmented, incomplete, and inaccessible information.
I founded Tutela Domus to apply those same principles of structure and continuity to personal life organization. My goal is simple: to reduce confusion now and ease the burden on the people who may one day need to navigate everything left behind.
