From there, we walk you through our packages, recommend the right fit for you, and give you a clear, personalized investment number.

The Inventory
This is where we take stock of your life. Together, we work through a comprehensive inventory — identifying every document, account, policy, and important detail you have and where it lives. You do not need to find the actual documents. You do not need expiration dates.
You simply need to know what exists and where to find it. Most clients are surprised by what they discover — both what they have and what they realize is missing.
This step lays the foundation for everything that follows.
The Build
This is the heart of the work — and the heaviest lift. Using everything we learned in your inventory, we build your complete Tutela Domus system. Every document, account, policy, and important detail of your life is documented with as much detail as possible. We set up your digital password system so nothing is ever lost or inaccessible.
For clients who choose it, we conduct a thorough document review — using our founder's legal background to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and items that need professional attention. We will tell you if your will is outdated, if your beneficiary designations do not align with your estate plan, or if something critical is missing entirely.
Depending on your package, this is also where we professionally assemble your physical emergency binder — a tangible, organized record your family can access immediately when it matters most.
The Handoff
This is the moment everything comes together. We walk you through your completed system from start to finish — showing you exactly what you have, where everything lives, and how to keep it current as your life evolves. We show you where to safely store your master password so it is accessible to the right people and protected from the wrong ones.
For clients who choose it, we meet with your family — your spouse, your adult children, or your trusted person — and walk them through everything too. Because a system only works if the people who need it know how to use it.
